I had an issue with my order and thought it was going to turn into a whole hassle but northridge4x4 got back to me really quick and took care of it. No run around or excuses they just fixed the problem. Definitely appreciate service like that.

The parts did show up, so that was good, I guess. But the delivery updates were all over the place, late, confusing, and not super helpful. it wasn’t a huge disaster, but it was also kind of frustrating.

I wasn’t really expecting much, to be honest, but tech support actually helped me get it fixed. I’m still a little surprised it went that smoothly.

i mean, the box showed up in great shape with no damage at all. Everything was packed up nice and secure.

The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that one of the boxes showed up beat up. Luckily, the part inside was totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’m still loyal to my usual place, but Northridge4x4 definitely made a good impression and I’d order from them again.
